Delon Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend

Actually, one of the best young Bordeaux I ever tried. Not mine type of the wine, but I should say really excellent to the producer. A lot of black cherry, cassis, toasted aromas, thick and well balanced. Pronounced aromas and heavy tannins. Will be much better in five years, with a strong potential to development. Buy a case, drink a bottle and the rest is worth to keep.

Opened up so well second day. Dried rose, lilac, seductive floral note on the nose, dark fruits such as blackberry, black currant, slight plumy, dried fig and dates, touch of cinnamon, cloves. Med plus tannin, med plus to long fish.

Dry had on second day solid structure

I was looking for '09 Bordeaux to break my Burgundy obsession and I stumbled on this. Young but balanced and very approachable now.

Not bad...just not a favorite.

Delicious Bordeaux with very soft tannins and soft, fruity nose.

Very little on the nose. Very dry in the mouth and acidic. Thin.

Cherry, Choclate notes.. Medium body, smooth Bordeaux.. I was surprised that it was well balance overall..
