Pale golden colour. It has strong ripe fruit aroma, like peaches, and floral fragrance also. The acidity is not high. Very good to drink and you can feel sweet flavour. Mutton hotpot and some spicy food may match it.

Medium-to-full-bodied with wonderful taste of pickled guava, chrysanthemum juice, and honey on the palate. Low acidity and mild sweetness. Match well with hot & spicy Thai seafood style.
