Elegant w/ a lovely nebbiolo typical nose. Roses, tar, red berries. Really nice concentration. Medium to medium plus acidity. Fine tannins but w/ medium grip. The alcohol perhaps shows a little too much.

Austere and elegant, with sour cherry and underbrush-like notes. A solid, traditional Barbaresco.

Really approachable, young. On the lighter side, lots of rose petal, probably not age worthy, but quite nice.

Mind blown.....with the pairing of black cod....the wine on its own has all the classic trademarks but holy shit does it come alive with this dish.....what kind of drugs do you do that make you think Neb goes with this soft white fish.....fuck it's awesome! !! #mindblown
