This wine is done all in tank. Fruit, spice, rocks. Showing a spot of alc. Going to go well with langoustines
and kale salad. 2011 CdPs are so friendly now. Great restaurant vintage.

Nice CDP that is still a little too early but double decanted to see where this stands. Lots of acidity up front in the first 30 minutes. Settled to uncover some really nice plum and black cherry with a hint of tobacco. The mid-palate of this wine is quite dark, black cherry and a hint of cocoa sweetness. The finish was still a little heated. The wine has great structure but needs a little more time in bottle. Has not evolved to PNP status yet, and has a couple more years to go. Overall this is in a nice place with an extended decant. However, compared to the 10, I feel this one is missing something.
