La Petillante

Funky and fizzy. Pet Nat veers toward sour beer notes for me: sediment, haze, dryness, cereal, grains, dried apple. I quite like it, but it’s a special category not for everyone.

Second bottle: much better than the first, less funk, less sediment. Upping my rating. All part of the natural wine experience 😘
