Started off a bit rough, with quite a bit of CO2, but blossomed into a beautiful, pure wine in an hour or so, and held up over three nights. The ‘incorrect’ in this case is the blend of Gamay and Chardonnay. Made by Maylis Bernard, partner of J.F. Ganevat.
