Very unusual flavor. Funky. Crisp, tart, slightly oily feel. Green apple and minerals. Nice summer white wine. Friends at Little Washington Winery tasting didn’t like it as much as me. Sustainable.

this was a lovely, easy drinking sauv blanc. melon, peach with a nice minerality. just a hair round (which i liked!) but lots of acidity. i drank this with ease and enjoyment.
