Deep ruby in color with a purplish rim.
Fruity on the nose with blackberries, currants, plums, blueberries, cherries, licorice, vanilla, cedar, leather, chocolates, cinnamon, tobacco and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and long legs.
Dry on the palate with blackberries, black currants, plums, vanilla, oak, licorice, spices, earth, leather, coffee tobacco, chocolates and peppercorn.
Long finish with firm tannins and black pepper.
A very nice Red Blend from Napa Valley. Well-balanced and drinking nicely now. Will be good in the next few years, too.
Complex, interesting and enjoyable by itself or with a big piece of steak.
14.5% alcohol by volume.
