Superb nose of aromatic limestone, guava, lime zest, fresh juicy limes, some peach and apricot as well but all on a bed of limestone. So pretty. Gorgeous pure and vivid nose. Palate is heavenly. Vibrant and engaging. Floats and is so elegant. Nierstein is a special place for Kabinett. Reminds me of the best the Mosel has to offer. Really the elegance here is top notch. Has the perfect sugar balance as well. It’s truly off dry. Really wonderful wine. Sappy and engaging and really so mineral and focused. Almost 9.5.
