Riesling

Apples,

Off-dry, but dry for a Riesling. Sweetens a little on day 2. Delicate pale gold color. Smells like sea air and white sugar. Tastes of minerals and green apples, with a slight peppery finish. Would be nice with fish or chicken. Not sure it would stand up to spicy food.

Had with traditional West African food for Kwanzaa dinner and was phenomenal. The food having much savoriness, spiciness, and flavor; this wine accompanied the food phenomenally with its slight sweetness and dry finish. Would suggest this wine with any spicy food.

Not specifically dry, but less sweet than other Rieslings I’ve had. Very acidic and bright, went great with the mildly spiced Thai dinner we enjoyed. Would enjoy again, as it’s not too sweet, just very refreshing and citrus, maybe a very slight mineral finish. Aromas of fresh squeezed citrus fruits, not petrol or mineral to me.

The best white - crisp not dry. Goes with everything

2019. Crisp and semi sweet Riesling. Fairly straightforward flavor profile.

This is a great white wine. Dry, crisp, nice mineral flavor. I would buy another bottle

Off dry, M+ acid, with pronounced aromas and flavors of peach, lime, and mango with a dialed back minerality. Went well with spicy Thai chicken soup, but a hair to much RS on its own.
