This is a delicious Pinot Noir from Sonoma Coast. Rich, complex and elegant.

Light burgundy in color with a wide reddish rim.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Showing red currants, cooked cherries, oak, light vanilla, spices, light vegetables, tobacco, chocolates, light barnyard, coffee and peppercorn.

This Single Vineyard is nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.

Good right out of the bottle and good by itself as a sipping wine.

This 8 year old is peaking now, although it will continue to drink nicely in the next 5 years.

Thank you Scott for sharing.

Wine Spectator 90 points. Robert Parker 94 points.

Grapes were aged in a mixture of new and used French oak barrels, and concrete vats.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

92 points.

$150.

Lush red fruit, red raspberries and dark cherries, with a smooth mineral finish and a hint of spice. Quite good.

Just a baby of a 2014 but after being open for more than an hour it is just a beautiful thing.

The nose is all soft red fruits, just ripe and at the same time pillowy somehow. There's baking spice and then there's brown sugar, with earth and pepper mingling in the background.

The palate is soft, fruity and delicate, despite the wine clocking in at 14.5%. Time will soothe the alcohol on this, but as it stands now, it's still quite a beautiful pinot.

Still going strong. Ripe Fred fruit (touch of Halls cherry lozenge) and maybe a touch of heat on the finish. Pretty good acidity.

Red fruits, some pepper and salt air, with that cola. A slight sharpness in the finish that is usually not present in KB and especially SV from Sonoma. Could be the age showing.

This is really nice but I don’t think lives up to the reviews/price point. Very easy. No tannin. Fruit forward. Some dark fruit and pineapple and citrus on the sweeter side. But not a lot of complexity. Doesn’t evolve. Pretty monolithic. Nice. But $25-40 nice not $125.
