It may take me 5 more years to find a suitable unoaked chard from Cali. This one comes highly recommended, and I cannot find any love for it. It either needs oak or it needs to be like Chablis.

Pleasant, relatively straight forward unoaked chard. Bright acidity and juicy tart green apples fill the palate. Definitely enjoyable.
