Just delicious scents of smooth cucumber and bloosoms I've never smelled in real life. Sweet rice. A beautiful sake. I will enjoy many more junmai daiginjo.

Not much aroma (touch of mushroom). Creamy and smooth. Not sweet or dry just mellow. Decent body and funky mushroom flavor that lingers. Decent but not anything to write home about. Would pay $5/glass.
