Quite delicious, but requires a long-term commitment. Watermelon salt, grapefruit, and agreeable lychee notes march forward on a simmering palate. There’s a lot to like here: texture is persistent, somewhat dry, somewhat not; the cuvée isn’t novel, but its expression certainly is here; and there’s a salinity, even a vastness to this that begs one drink after the next. Worth the forensics…
