Fragrant, strong pear, some honey and salt, apples. A little minerality and vague citrus. Smells like a sunny orchard. Light to medium bodied, smooth texture. Lingering warm alcohol and pear finish.
Appearance: yellow-green, very transparent, not too viscous.
Label reads Gisborne Pinot Gris 2017
