Knights Bridge Estate
Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
This is the KB bottling. Like it a bit more each time I drink this. Ripe dark fruits, cedar, incense, dark cocoa, forest floor. Rich and dense yet light in its feet. Firm tannins start to soften up.
Very delicious now but give it another 5 years. Patience will be rewarded.

This is KB, the entry level cab for Knights Bridge.
The opulent nose shows plum, blackberry, cedar, licorice, dark chocolate, and forest floor. The palate is rich and dense, complemented by medium round acidity. Candied long finish.
Quite expensive for an entry level cab bottling, but certainly a very high quality one.

The Hall Masterpiece is a tough act to follow, but at about 1/3 of the price, this cab from this little known producer holds up just fine.
Blackberry, cassis, incense, licorice, anise, and subtle forest floor on the nose. Full body and quite masculine, but there is still a generous feel on the mid palate. Supple tannins.
