Carmel flavors, coffee bitterness like ending, very nice beer

Sorry Kurt. This one was nasty, but I bought the one that was finished in sake casks -- not a good combo. Striving to find the mythic White Ale.

Light and refreshing with some sourness on the back. A good starter beer.

I thought this beer was pretty good, slight caramel and toffee notes. Paired well with a hearty miso ramen I was having for dinner.

Little sweet Carmel-y

A good but different beer that I would drink again. It goes great with spicy Thai or Indian food dishes.

Reminiscent of a perfectly balanced scotch ale

I like beer and I adore sake but the aftertaste from aging in sake casks was overpowering and downright awful. I love this brewery but this beer was not for me.
