A little dissapointment here, acid is there, But theres a lack of creamyness.
Short on the flaouver.

甲州を樽で寝かせたという私的にはあまり響かない作り。
しかし、その重奏感というか奥行きの素晴らしさに圧巻。
果実の膨らみに程よい樽が広がって、甲州らしい酸がしっかり締める。

I had Chardonnay from Kisvin at Robuchon and was really impressed so bought this koshu. It’s refined and delicious.

Koshu wine. Sinplei.Like it.
