This was a surprise. Went to Costco today and, unfortunately, only bought one bottle. Opened this and a bottle of Rodney Strong, my go to Cab, OMG this is so much better. Reminisce of Grgich Cab in NAPA. Damn, only one bottle and now I have to go back for more.

2018 vintage, solid Cabernet. Blackberries and spices, a touch of vanilla, moderate level of tannins, balanced. Second day, black licorice aroma, not necessarily reduced tannins but shaped differently, matches other flavors, some acid on the end, now mocha with that vanilla.

Yeah, sure, this hits all the right notes. Blackberry, vanilla, some leather and spice notes. It’s a base hit in classic Costco form. Inspiring? No. Utilitarian? Yes. Is that good in wine? Jury’s out 🙃.
