This Cabernet Franc is rich and thick in the finish but has a bit too much acidity up front. It could possibly shine as a food wine but is slightly marred as a cocktail wine. Nonetheless the finish is very good, with nice dusty mocha cherry tannins.

Impressive! Cherries & spice. Deep purple ink color. A welcomed site at the Union Square Farmer's market. A good purchase now however would be a much better bottle in a few years. Worth cellaring!
