2016 tasted in 11/2018. Bright ruby red. Solidly medium bodied. Delightfully bright floral and ripe Bing cherry aromas. Very fragrant, just want to keep sniffing. Ripe, voluptuous red cherry fruit on the palate with a nice lingering fruit and vanilla finish. There isn’t much in the way of tannic structure or acid backbone, this wine wears its heart on its sleeve it would seem. But it is exceedingly delicious in this moment. Very fragrant and fruity with a light East-coast-style structure. Probably won’t be long-lived in the cellar but it’s tasting great right now.
