This is the Evergreen Lek single vineyard dry Riesling. Very “Trimbachian” in style. Nose shows subtle crushed slate, a bit of petrol-like minerality, dried and fresh green apple slices. Crisp and bone dry in the mouth, the texture is soft and the finish is long. Medium bodied. Very classical.
