British Columbia Chardonnay

Nice Chardonnay with enough structure and fruit to balance the alcool. Not too buttery and very lightly oaked. Unfussy and hits the spot with local salmon.

Wow, golden straw colour with crisp apple, honey dew melon with the classic buttery oak taste.

Oakey, strong vanilla and minerality. Good acidic balance, lots of body. Tastes French. Had a bite, pineapple maybe? Nose was floral. Honeysuckle floral. Was good with sausage.
