Pencil shavings and ripe plum. Caught a little herbaceousness up front but as the wine opened up that gave way to a delicate sweeter oak component. Medium body, bright acidity. Its ripe, juicy, and very pleasant. Not the style i was expecting, but not at all dissapointing.
