A wonderful nose of stone fruits - mostly ripe peaches - plus golden apples, quince, and a hint of toasted oak. The palate delivered ample acidity, subtle notes of honey, ripe apples, a lovely briny salinity and a fabulous finish. This wine has aged really nicely. I guess that should be expected from Kistler’s winemaker. Bravo!
