120 cases produced. Inky, dense burgundy red, highly extracted pigment, Cherry, black pepper in nose initially with hints of leather and butter. Tight, black cherry pulp and seed flavors, coarse skin astringency on finish with length in the cherry flavor. A hint of something medicinal plus tobacco. After 90 minutes, cherry flavor deepens, vegetal-tobacco flavors recede, acid-bitterness persists. A serious Malbec, reductive, well made. Tannic style, worth aging or decanting.
