Pale white in color. Floral note in nose, after initial sulfur has blown off. Dry, lemon and orange notes in mouth, initially soapy and later a mild lactic aftertaste. Mixed reactions to this wine: this is a minimalist benchmark for a Blanc de noir - not much flavor, but light, clean, well made. On the other hand, where is the Grenache varietal character? (24 hours later, some stone fruit, orange and cherry flavor came through, so patience or aeration will help).

Very nice. Definite floral bomb. Balanced with a slight acidity. I enjoyed this one.
