A nice, somewhat lighter cabernet. Drank with strip steaks on the grill, potatoes and onions, and green beans. Stood up nicely with the dinner.

Excellent balance and structure, good depth, feel some aging potential here. Mint and menthol, coffee bean, loads of tart red and black currants. Pipe tobacco. Even better with exposure to air. Sonoma Mountain fruit!
