Very good, super dark fruit flavor with a hint of tannins on the end. great linger, think that good minimal gunpowder flinty taste on a full bodied wine. Would hold up to red meat, would be awesome with Duck. Nice desert sipper too, think Chocolate, hard cheese, black berry pie.

Perfect with lamb stew. Kent says it should have just entered its “mute” stage. Seems to us it was really singing tonight.

Nice wine with Turkish lamb and quince stew. Needed decanting, though. One bottle left in the cellar.

Delightful blackberry beauty. It's probably got a couple years left in it, but the tannins are really muted now, so why wait?
