2018 Vintage - at this date seems to be fading golden color - green apple , mineral element , med plus acid - probably on a short drinking window 12.7% abv

Classy label. Lovely color. Straw golden. Floral. Sweet peas and tropical fruit 🥭🍈🍍 with a musky streak. Flavors are balanced and tart. Body though. Viscous.

Heavy bottle with screw-top. Nice. Perfect color. Brassy, goldeneye. Smells fresh with some nice soap scents mixed with lemons. Viscous and voluptuous in the mouth. Plenty of bite and some depth. Citrus of the lemon-lime variety. Label says pair with seafood or chicken. I would concur.

We should have drank this a year ago. Lost some of its edge (fruit dissipated) but still some hints of why we bought it.

Dainty straw in color. Aromas of stone fruit with faint floral notes. Light mouthfeel, crisp, bright, but supple. Hints of minerality and a complex finish. The brightly acidic structure stood up to our cilantro-lime salmon dinner very nicely!
