Lots of sediment. Smooth. Good by itself. Good with most cheeses. Prunish flavor, sweet aroma

Dark and purple color. High alcohol scent on the nose. You can taste Plums, Spice and Oak. Solid Tanning and good pair with steak or lamb chops. If you let breath for a day the taste a lot smoother

You could do worse for $10 in a grocery store. Feels a bit young; not that additional aging is plausible recourse here. Red fruit-forward, and suspiciously high in acid for a Syrah in the Central Coast. TA addition maybe? Anyone? Eliminated the gamey flavors of seared lamb, effectively cleansing the palate. Serve to those not fond of gaminess in lamb.

Some black fruit, some evidence of oak, but it seems terribly simple and completely uninteresting

Like opening fresh made berry preserves. The nose notes are incredibly jammy. Smooth drinking with mild dark berry flavors

Ripe cherry, tobacco, alcohol, ripe red fruits, solid tannin. Better after an hour or two of opening.
