Californian Chardonnay that is quite different to my expectations. I was thinking this would be lots of oak and other secondary aromas from MLF and lees. I detected some light oak spice but this was fruity with stone fruit flavour and some honeyed character too.

You could a whole lot worse. Great acidity, ripeness, good mouth feel, no overpowering oak. Thoughtfully made.
