Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a rich and full bodied Cabernet. It is full of plum and chocolate flavors, with nice dusty tannins. It is unusual for such a big cab, with the residual sugar one might expect from a Lodi Zin.

This is a very tasty Napa Cab, nicely showcasing deep black cherry and currant flavors. It benefits greatly from a bit of decanting. This is a superlative cocktail red.

Lovely full body cab with rich dark berry notes. Opened up beautifullly after about 30 minutes in the decanter.

Medium Ruby color. Medium plus tears. Light viscosity. Red fruit, currants, cherry, pepper on the nose. Black currant, pomegranate, cherry, leaves, light pepper on the palate. Medium plus tannins.

The nose is fantastic with notes of plum and chocolate. This wine benefitted from aeration and decanting. It is juicy and. full-bodied with notes of plum, cassis, and chocolate. Great with ribeye steak.

A bit bland, sometimes tastes harsh. But drinkable.

Ok Cab Sauv. Let it decant for an hour and decent with pizza. Just didn't have a high level of complexity.

Aged it for a couple of years, great wine!
