What a hell is that??? It's Retsina, baby!)
Pleasant lemon yellow color.
First sniff - molded! Checked cork - ok. Second sniff - fuck, molded! Called waiter and chef. Meanwhile pronounced rosemary aroma appeared accompanied by pine needles and resin. Whiff of lavender and lemon. They said it's ok for Retsina;)
I asked wiki. She said its special technique known for 2700 years, allowed only for Greece.
Ok, let's taste it. Sharp pine resin flavor shadowing tiny nuances of apple and lemon and glue.
NOT MY CUP OF TEA!
