Shiraz for the aficionado, right out central casting. Bright, pure and stopping just at the edge before over-extracted. Could’ve been dessert but that’s a compliment, chewy dark red and blue fruit.

Always fun to drink something like this every now and then. Big, yes. Bold, yes. This inky black wine from 19th century vines is seriously intense. I wouldn’t want this every day but it’s fun and interesting
