Sep 26th, 2023First encounter with this varietal. Only the second or third with TBA. Beautiful amber deep golden color yet with an attractive clarity. Fantastic nose of very ripe and/or dried fruits and flowers that comes in waves. Makes the somewhat acidic but balanced palate and long finish almost a letdown! Got a case and will see about bottle variation. Second bottle 9/29/20 and also great. Love bathing in the nose which also has a bit of wildness. Kept fine overnight in wine fridge. Also terrific match with mooncake! Perfect for October 1.
