I love this wine. Might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s an excellent rose with a dose of sweetness from the addition of unfermented juice. If you’re expecting a Aix en Provence style Rose this is not the wine you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a delicious Rose on a hot Australian afternoon, this is it.
