Okanagan Valley PInot Noir

It kinda has a coffee flavour to it. Seriously.

Wine shows at this stage some garnish colour,
Red fruit, strawberry,black currant, leather, cigar box, earthy.
Light body, Low plus tannins, medium alcohol.
Pairs well with with salmon a cilantro salad.

Apple and peach

Black cherry, leather, blueberry, spice

Honeysuckle, pear, citric aromas
Lime, lemon, pear, nectarine flavours
Mild acidity
Golden/cooper colours

A different take on a Pinot. A bit peppery with a nice lingering finish.
