Old Bastard Barossa Valley Shiraz

Thanks to Reid for all his time today and hosting such a great bottle tasting and 2017 tank tasting. Reid is salt of the earth, a humble Winemaker and gentleman. This is their Flagship wine " "Old Bastard." The fruits are very ruby and elegant as well as smooth as all get out. Another one to cellar and have it in 3, 7 and 10 years. Needs more time. Rating reflection should improve

125 year old vines make up of this famous Australian shiraz. Full bodied and rich in flavour. Dark berries, chocolate, crushed rock and wood.
