Kacaba Niagara Escarpment Cabernet Sauvignon

Not sure why this says Niagara Escarpment, New York. It's Ontario cool-climate goodness all the way. Nice grip to the tannins and oak, and the ripe cassis has a lovely herbal, earthy component.

Secondary notes beginning to emerge. Leather and barnyard with receding red berry. Still drinking well.
