This is so coconut-driven both on the nose and in the roundness on the palette that it's kinda insane. And with that a kind of almond/marzipan finish - maybe I'm just thinking of macaroons.. touch of pineapple keeps bright but think of this like a beachy cousin to a good Chard.

Layers of yum. Nose is of mint, lemongrass, citrus. Palate starts soft and round, goes a little bitter and sharp with dill/olive brine and finishes with perfect acid as it descends into a honeydew melon landing.
