Yummy burger wine perfect for Labor Day weekend and summers denouement ... Black cherries and earth definitely Gamay-esque 😋

I usually like this producer but this bottle seemed disjointed. The fruit was a bit sweet and short.

Wonderful from Bib 152. Light red. Versatile. Pasta dish to chicken, roasted or pan fried.

Had at bar at Mialino DC. Very light. Drinkable with everything. Prefer a little chilled.

A bit of happy rubbery reduction, bright serine/syrah (texier), super light. A tiny bit of earth (maybe brett?) but it’s all the nicer for it. Wax apples, rubber grapes, watercolour still-lifes. Red apple skin, firm ripe plum, squishy clay. However much this costs it’s worth more.
