Quite the aromatics on this wine! Honeysuckle, lychee, elderflower, pineapple, guava, toasty oak, and vanilla. Palate is layered, crisp, yet creamy, with plenty of acid and oak that develop on the lengthy finish.

Lychee everywhere, honey, not much fruit or floral on nose. Pear dominates the fruit on palate, abv doesn't show, not much acidity, fairly oily in texture, not a smooth mouthfeel.

This is terrific. Somewhere between an Alban Viognier and a Chery Condrieu lies this little gem from Washington. Apricots. Marzipan. Rich. High viscosity.
