Loved this wine! Note for myself: drink the whole bottle on day one, it didn’t hold up as well the second day.

Holy smashable Gamay, batman. This is totally pristine dark fruit and olive tapanade with some gravely goodness.

After the lees waft away (give it 10-15 minutes after corking) it smells like a steak au poivre cooked rare.
Bracing acidity and when you expect tannins to set in you get a Black pepper finish.
Does it make sense if I say that it's a gamay made in the style of a southern Rhone Grenache?
Very nuanced Beaujolais
