Justification Paso Robles Cabernet Franc-Merlot

Nice tart cherry, dark chocolate, caramel, pepper. Smooth. Full bodied blend.

Thanksgiving wine

Took a while to open up, but really smooth to drink. Not overly complex.

Sweet Paso Bordeaux.

Stunning wine still young. Great blend 63% Cabernet Franc, 36% Merlot. Showing better than the 2009 right now

Fine but I don't like the QPR. Maybe the cab franc needs more time than I was willing to give. Cest la vie.

Let this one open up for a bit.

Haven't cracked this beauty.... Yet

Aroma: at room temp, a bright cassis explosion blows off instantly. Too bad because all that's left is raisin...ugh. Black raspberry pokes its head out periodically. Touch of dusty green bean. Taste: Ripe ripe ripe black fruit. Raisin. Green bitterness on the finish growing stronger. The Cab franc is waking up...lets give this some time and I'll chill the next pour.
