Weird. You really need to be prepared to drink this wine. We opened 3 bottles for turkey at thanksgiving and we’re not happily surprised by its flavour. It grew on us, but definitely on the weirder side of Jura wines. Strong green apple and sherry flavour without the body to follow. Falls a bit flat.

Almost orange in the glass. Nutty, sherry nose. Dried pineapple, raw peanuts and green olives. Lean and athletic palate with a pronounced minerality and subtle tannic caress... I love me some Jura...

Un peu de hors route ce soir. Faut aimer le Jura... mais c'est mon cas. Bonne acidité, un côté minéral et une visite a la ferme :)
