Yes love this wine. No fuss and all fun. Carbonic and effervescent but with medium body make for great summer patio wine.

Lately I’ve been opening lots of brightly colored fruity Pet Nats of the lightly fermented, softly carbonated category. Like wine’s version of Tepache. I prefer the Pet Nats with some filtration and yeast influence. Give me some crisp and textured bubbles. This Loire inspired Grolleau is more me - a pale rosey gold, muffled notes of candied watermelon, bitter grapefruit pith, and sweet strawberry. More like this please.
