This is the might be the best expression of Gamay that you can find. I love everything Julie Balagny makes. Minouche is light bright and great drinking on its own but awesome with food. On the nose you get bright lush raspberries. Multiple notes of raspberries followed by lavender and floral notes that ends in a lively juicy pomegranate.
