Crackling nose. Stone fruits and green apples with terrific underlying minerality. Also some sugar snap peas. Sweet greens as I call them. What a palate. So pure. Just shimmering and so so complex. Sappy and gorgeous almost cloud like in its purity. Finished with crispy green apples and loads of chunky minerals. But all so sleek and refined. Delicious.
