Purchased on a whim and you can be sure I’ll be looking for this producer again! Biodynamic without any of the funk. While I wish the nose was a bit prettier, the palate is fresh, bright and chuggable. A bit of acid appears to remind you of its structure, but mostly it’s just a pure joy to drink and not overthink.
